CYUT has organized a series of orientation activities for thousands of foreign students and also has achieved fruitful internationalization
 
In order to allow foreign students to be integrated into a better learning environment as soon as possible, Office of International and Cross-Strait Cooperation of CYUT organized a series of orientation activities for foreign students. CYUT has also arranged group-based sports activities for foreign students, who can be acquainted with every corner of CYUT campus and look forward to the upcoming life of study.
Tao-Ming Cheng, president of CYUT, said CYUT has been actively building a multicultural environment and has also achieved fruitful internationalization. CYUT has more than 1,000 foreign students from different countries, such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Israel, Jordan, Mongolia, China, Hong Kong, and Macao. It is expected that students at CYUT can benefit a lot by learning among cultural exchanges and be equipped with international perspectives.
In order to help foreign students be accustomed to a new life in Taiwan, CYUT has arranged celebration activities of different festivals for foreign students, such as Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, and Lunar New year. These foreign students can feel and enjoy the warmth of home during their school life at CYUT.
